FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Will my vehicle fit?
Our wash bays are designed to accommodate cars, trucks, and RVs, including work trucks, box trucks, campers, motorhomes, fifth wheels, and trailers. If your vehicle is taller or longer than average, our open bay layout gives you the room you need to wash comfortably.
If you’re unsure about your specific vehicle, pull in slowly and take a look—our bays are built for oversized vehicles.
Will it actually get my vehicle clean?
Yes. We use high-quality chemicals, strong water pressure, and treated water systems that clean effectively and rinse clean. Hot water options help break down grime, and our spot-free rinse allows your vehicle to dry without streaks or residue.
How clean your vehicle gets depends on how much time you spend and which options you use, but the equipment is built to do its part.
Can I wash a lifted truck or tall vehicle?
Yes. Lifted trucks, vans, box trucks, and RVs are welcome. Our bays are open and tall, making them suitable for vehicles that don’t fit in automatic or tunnel washes.
Is this a touchless wash?
This is a self-serve wash. You control the wand and brush, which allows you to focus on problem areas and avoid the damage that can happen in automatic washes.
Do you offer a spot-free rinse?
Yes. Both locations offer a spot-free rinse using reverse osmosis water, which removes minerals that cause water spots and streaking.
Do you use hot water?
Yes. Both locations offer hot water wash options, which are especially helpful for removing dirt, grease, and road grime.
Can I wash my RV, camper, or trailer here?
Yes. Our wash bays are designed to handle RVs, campers, travel trailers, fifth wheels, and motorhomes. Many customers choose us specifically because automatic washes can’t handle vehicles this size.
What payment methods do you accept?
All wash bays accept credit and debit cards with swipe or tap-to-pay. We also accept all major mobile wallets, including Apple Pay and other tap-to-pay options.
Our vacuums are coin-operated.
Do you offer fleet or business discounts?
Yes. We offer a fleet wash program with discounts for businesses, government agencies, first responders, and non-profit organizations. Contact us for details or enrollment.
Is it safe for my paint and finish?
Our chemicals are designed to clean without damaging paint, trim, or decals when used as intended. As with any self-serve wash, using the foam brush responsibly and rinsing thoroughly helps protect your vehicle’s finish.
